Have you ever wondered why one colleague always wants an agenda to prepare for a meeting, while another needs to understand the big picture before they can begin to work on the small details of a project? Using a free online assessment to explore your Myers-Briggs personality preferences, we’ll focus on how you can leverage a better understanding of others’ preferences to improve your communication with your colleagues.
In preparation for the workshop, please complete two steps.
This workshop will be highly interactive. We strongly recommend joining the Zoom workshop from a location where you can enable audio and video.
