Whitney G.Wilkerson, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 500, Yoga Educator Whitney is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness coach and inter-faith chaplain working in pediatrics. She supports others in building and maintaining physical, emotional, & spiritual health
Laura Terry Masters in Physical Therapy, BA in Exercise and Sport Science, E-RYT 200, Yoga Educator A Physical Therapist since 1998 and a yoga instructor since 2008, Laura Terry combines the science of Physical Therapy and the mind/body integration of yoga in her teaching. Laura has her own private practice of Yoga and Physical Therapy in Chapel Hill.

Join veteran yoga teachers, Laura Terry and Whitney Wilkerson, for this live, online 3
part series for beginners or for those looking for a back to basics class.

Explore the building blocks of purposeful and mindful yoga, including common poses and
sequences, pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided mindfulness practice.

Each class will build on the one before, offering opportunities to integrate the information and
practice on your own between sessions.

Opportunity to adapt the practice to your own body and your body’s history through modifications offered throughout (no need to be
super flexible or athletic!)

This series is also great for yoga teachers or aspiring yoga teachers looking to teach a
mindful and compassionate approach to yoga for beginner or mixed level classes.

Recommended props: mat, yoga block(s), strap, blanket/towel, bolster or bed pillows.

Details:

$60 for the 3 class series
Each practice’s recording will be available for 1 week after each class in case you miss a class or want to practice more during the week
Yoga Alliance continuing education credits (3 hours) available for yoga teachers (for live attendance only)
