Is your meditation practice feeling stagnant or stuck? Anyone who has ever meditated will experience challenges such as boredom, doubt, lack of motivation and more. Developing and maintaining a consistent practice is not easy!

This course is designed for those who have an existing meditation practice or who wish to re-boot a current or vaguely existent practice.
Explore ways to work with those feelings of restlessness, avoidance, physical discomfort, etc. to cultivate the potential for a deeper and more consistent practice.

While our focus will be on the actual practices of meditation, there will be discussions on how to work with thought, emotions and physical sensations during meditation as you practice developing the ability to stay grounded regardless of internal and/or external distractions.
