This one-day course will be offered online only. Attendance is required – this course will not be recorded.

There is a wide variety of ways that researchers have mixed qualitative and quantitative data and/or findings in mixed methods research, including during data collection, analysis, and reporting. In this short course, author of three textbooks that prioritize the role of qualitative methods in mixed methods research, Professor Elizabeth G. Creamer introduces mixed analysis and four core strategies that can be used to mix data from different sources during analysis. Participants can benefit from this workshop without much prior exposure to mixed methods research.
