Research managers face unique challenges in managing the business needs and personnel, while also meeting the expectations of Principal Investigators. This session is designed to give new clinical research managers a foundation for overseeing research professionals. This overview will introduce attendees to topics specific to clinical research managers, including both research and Human Resources. 
 
This training is limited to 60 attendees and will not be recorded to facilitate interaction and open discussion. Preference will be given to new clinical research managers (within the last 3 years) and individuals that will be moving into new managerial roles.
