An immersive online learning environment!

Consists of eleven weekends of comprehensive learning, including Hatha yoga, contemporary anatomy, neuroscience, and research-backed mindfulness tools.

Our program is inclusive and compassionate, accessible to everyone regardless of body type, injuries, illnesses, or pain.
 
The general adult audience, students and fellows, and healthcare providers who wish to teach yoga and include it in their clinical practice or for their self-care.

During the program, you'll learn about

  ·     Yoga asana.

·       Joint injuries.

·       Movement limitations.

·       Mind & body awareness practices.

·       Compassion-based practice.

·       Theory and evidence behind the benefits of this mindfulness practice.    

Our program is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their practice and become a yoga teacher, including adult students, healthcare providers, and clinicians such as physicians, physical therapists, nurses, clinical social workers, and clinical psychologists. During the program, you will learn about yoga asana, human anatomy, joint injuries and movement limitations, mind & body awareness practices, compassion-based practices, and the theory and evidence behind how this mindfulness practice is beneficial.
