Registration Types
ITM offers two separate categories of registrations, Professional and Student registrations, at three different price points:
Post-docs, researchers, and other professionals must choose a Professional registration.
The registration fee covers an ITM admission badge for the week, a conference program, access to the conference papers, the final conference proceedings, admission to all oral and poster sessions, lunch all days, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, an icebreaker and welcome reception, admission to the Wednesday afternoon excursion, and admission to the Thursday evening Dinner. Note that persons interested in the Wednesday afternoon excursion need to add that excursion as a separate item at the time of registration, so that we may have an accurate count of participants. Also note that registrants interested in inviting a guest to the Thursday evening reception at the NC Botanical Garden may add that option to their registration for an extra fee.
Since this event is held in the United States, there is no VAT included.
For Students
Student registration is available to full- or part-time students at accredited universities or colleges who are interested in attending. Student status approval requests may be sent to Clemens Mensink at clemens.mensink@vito.be and should include a clear image of your student ID. Once your student status has been approved, you will be sent a separate URL for registration.
