Registration Types
ITM offers two separate categories of registrations, Professional and Student registrations, at three different price points:


Post-docs, researchers, and other professionals must choose a Professional registration.

Your fee amount will be shown on the "Confirm Registration" portion of registration.Please be sure to register for the conference as well under the "Sessions" section of registration.

The registration fee covers:
*Note that registration for the different excursion options will be sent out separately. There will be availability for attendees to bring a plus one on the excursion, for a fee. More information on the excursion options is coming soon.
**Also note that registrants interested in inviting a guest to the Thursday evening reception dinner at the NC Botanical Garden may add that option to their registration for an extra fee.

Since this event is held in the United States, there is no VAT included.

For Students

Student registration is available to full- or part-time students at accredited universities or colleges who are interested in attending. Student status approval requests may be sent to Clemens Mensink at clemens.mensink@vito.be and should include a clear image of your student ID. Once your student status has been approved, you will be sent a separate URL for registration.
