This presentation will provide a brief overview of family navigation services in NC and previous research and work in this area. Participants will learn about a new resource, the NCNC Family Navigation Model and Guide, that was funded by HRSA grant #H6MMC33235 and developed using a collaborative, interagency process. This presentation will include an overview of the online Guide and use case studies to illustrate its use with families.
