Graduate school, like life, is a mix of successes and challenges.  While we know how to celebrate and build on success, we often need help with addressing challenges.  Join representatives of the UNC Ombuds Office for a discussion of constructive problem-solving frameworks and conflict management strategies.  This workshop will give participants the tools to analyze a challenging situation, identify goals and contemplate options for next steps.  Participants will leave the workshop having increased their own capacity to address common graduate student dilemmas and will also have a better understanding of the resources available to support them through their graduate studies at Carolina.  All graduate students are welcome to attend.
